Where in the world have I been? So much updating to do. Since mid-August, my running life has been painful and a source of a lot of aggravation. I was happy and disappointed. Injury, illness and a lack of sufficient training over the final 7 weeks made it tough. And there, in a nutshell, is the source of the aggravation. Not a great past 4 weeks.
